What is the minimum number of guests?

Our minimum hire package is for 2 teepees is £100. We charge £125 for 3 + £20 for each additional teepee. 

We cover Selby and the towns around the A19 from Eggborough to Fulford and Copmanthorpe in the South of York. We also cover villages such as Hambleton, Cawood, Sherburn, Tadcaster, Aberford, side. Our prices include a 10 mile radius from Selby YO8 any extra mileage is charged at 65p per mile. This is dependent on the logistics on the day and what other bookings we already have booked in. As we are a hire only company only, we do not provide supervision. The client will need to provide age appropriate supervision for their guests as per our t&cs's! We recommend age 6+ is the suitable age for a teepee sleepover! 

Each teepee requires approx 90cm x140cm of space. So please measure your area before deciding how many teepees to book. You can move furniture out before we arrive. Doorways must be left clear.

All our amazing themes are available to view on our website. We are happy to create new themes, but we cannot infringe on copyright law. We can be very creative and are happy to create our own version.

We do not take a bond in advance (as other companies do), but we do provide you with an itemised price list of all the equipment included in your hire. Payment for any breakages, missing items or damaged goods would be required within 7 days so they can be replaced quickly.

Payment is required 10 days before your sleepover date- Angela at Strawberry Moon Sleepovers will email you an invoice with the payment details to pay (via BACS). So you can book, save, and pay later.

We understand that plans can change. Teepee numbers can be amended up to two weeks before your party date.  Due to availability though, we may or may not be able to add on extra Teepees, so please ask as soon as possible

We can amend your date up two weeks before (if we have your new requested date available).

If you reduce your guest numbers within less than 7 days of your party date then the cancelled teepee still needs to be paid for.

If you wish to cancel completely then please advise us as soon as possible so your date can be offered to someone else. 

If you cancel within less than 7 days of your party date, then we will require a payment of 50% to cover our sleepover prep, admin time and the loss of a potential booking that could have been offered to another client.
