What is the minimum number of guests?
Our minimum hire package is for 2 guests.
What area do you cover?
We cover areas of Selby & the surrounding villages.
predominantly but not inclusive of post codes are:
LS24 - LS25 - YO8 -YO10 - YO19 - YO23 - YO31 - YO32 - DN14
Do you provide supervision?
As we are a hire only company only, we do not provide supervision. The client will need to provide age appropriate supervision for their guests as per our t&cs's! We recommend age 6+ is the suitable age for a sleepover!
How much space is needed in my home?
Each single Teepee requires approx 90cm x140cm (without the breakfast tray). On arrival we cannot be held responsible for the lack of space, If you can clear a space/room prior to our arrival (even better) and it will look amazing too. Unfortunately we are not insured to move furniture.
What sleepover themes are available?
All our themes are available to view on our website. We are happy to welcome new themes & ideas, but we cannot infringe on copyright law. Please just ask, as we are very creative!
Do you charge a bond/damage retainer?
We do not charge a bond in advance (as other companies do), but we do expect you to treat our items with care. We therefore provide you with an itemised price list of all the equipment included in your hire. Payment for any breakages would be required within 7 days. Please see our T&C's for full information.
How do I book a party?
To check availability, please use the 'Contact us' form on the home page, if your date is available we will email you a booking form to fill in.
How do I Pay?
Payment is required via (BACS) bank transfer - Payment details can be found on the secure jotform/booking form, which we will email to you.
What if I need to cancel ?
We understand with children that plans can change, so if you wish to cancel then please advise us as soon as possible so your date can be re-booked by someone else. If you cancel within less than ten days, then we will require payment of 50% to cover our sleepover prep, admin time and the loss of a potential booking that could have been offered to another client.
