What is the minimum number of guests?
Our minimum hire package is for 2 guests.
What area do you cover?
We cover areas of Selby & the surrounding villages. We cover 10 miles for free from YO8 3LY, but we can travel up to 18 miles for a small mileage charge.
Do you provide supervision?
As we are a hire only company only, we do not provide supervision. The client will need to provide age appropriate supervision for their guests as per our t&cs's! We recommend age 6+ is the suitable age for a sleepover!
How much space is needed in my home?
Each single Teepee requires approx 90cm x140cm (without the breakfast tray). So please check before booking.
What sleepover themes are available?
All our amazing themes are available to view on our website Theme page. We are happy to create themes, but we cannot infringe on copyright law. We can be very creative and are happy to create our own version.
Do you charge a bond/damage retainer?
We do not charge a bond in advance (as other companies do), but we do expect you to treat our items with care. We therefore provide you with an itemised price list of all the equipment included in your hire. Payment for any breakages would be required within 7 days after your sleepover. Please see our T&C's for full information.
How do I book and pay for a party?
To check availability, please use the 'Enquiry form on the home page Or message us on WhatsApp 07538612174, Payment isn't required until 10 days prior to your sleepover, via (BACS) bank transfer - Payment details can be found on the invoice that we email to you. So you book now, but pay later.
What if I need to cancel altogether ?
We understand with children that plans can change, so if you wish to cancel completely then please advise us as soon as possible so your date can be re-booked by someone else. If you cancel within ten days of your party date, then we will require payment of 50% to cover our sleepover prep, admin time and the loss of a potential booking that could have been offered to another family.
